UALLOY was founded in 2012. The company specializes in the R&D, production, processing and trading of nickel alloys, resistance alloys, copper nickel alloys, thermocouple alloys and stainless steels. Our production base is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, covering 3,000 square meters with 40 employees. Equipped with vacuum induction furnaces, annealing furnaces and wire drawing machines, we maintain a full production workflow for alloy materials. UALLOY products serve industries such as aerospace, petrochemical, electronics, electrical equipment and automotive manufacturing, etc.
A big reduction ratio contributes to a compact structure and uniform mechanical strength of the materials. Controlled forging and rolling prepare the alloy for downstream processing by refining its structure and establishing a stable material condition.
The thorough heat treating upon materials leads to homogeneous lay-out of mechanical strength across the same batch. Controlled heating and cooling help stabilize the material before further forming and finishing. A consistent treatment cycle supports repeatable properties across the batch and provides a dependable basis for subsequent wire and strip production.
Bright annealing during wire drawing improves the wires surface. The wires we produce range from Dia.0.02 to Dia.12mm. Drawing operations convert alloy feedstock into fine and standard wire sizes while maintaining dimensional control. The available diameter range supports uses from precision electrical components to heating elements and industrial equipment.
